BANK OF AFRICA SHANGHAI
The BANK OF AFRICA Group becomes the first Moroccan banking group to establish itself in China with the official opening of BMCE Shanghai Branch in 2019. The new BANK OF AFRICA SHANGHAI aims to become a key player in the financing of foreign trade operations between China and Africa, while actively participating in the promotion of Chinese investments in Africa.
The first year of activities shows promising results. At the end of this year, BMCE Shanghai Branch had provided $154 million in financing to Chinese and African clients.
